If the “request an increase” option is not available to you, it means that, based on your current eligibility, you cannot request an increase at this moment.

Upon entering the purchase price, you will be presented with available down payment options. Once we approve your refund request, the corresponding amount will be credited to your account, with adjustments made to your Cherry account and loan balance as appropriate. In cases of partial refunds, your loan balance will be updated to reflect the new remaining amount. Full refunds will result in the reimbursement of any loan payments made.
